1. In the afternoon, we will prepare a light soup and a dessert of the day for you between meals (03:00 — 05:00 p.m.).
   ‍
2. In the evening, choose between two of our :→restaurants
   (1) A daily changing 5-course menu with dishes from alpine natural cuisine (with fish, meat or vegan, optionally alkaline or ketogenic) on our → panoramic terrace or in our → Johannesstübli.
   (2) Alternatively, you can create your own 3-course menu from Austrian classics in our → Dirndlstübli.

    At the EssenZzimmer, you combine different dishes into a four-course menu. From the buffet, you can choose fresh salads and vegetables, as well as raw fish and meat — complemented by selections from the menu to create a dinner that is both nourishing and light.
  • → Dirndlstüberl:
    At the Dirndlstüberl, you create your own four-course menu from classic Austrian dishes and changing grand pièces (some at an additional charge).
  • → Johannesstübli:
    At the multi-award-winning Johannesstübli, you can choose from four-course menus with a vegan-vegetarian focus, changing weekly.
  • → Alter Goldener Berg:
    In the traditional parlours, you can enjoy Austrian classics as well as cheese or meat fondue (additional charge applies).
  • Open Kitchen
    Once a week, we open the doors to our kitchen. Wander through the rooms, surrounded by fragrant steam and the sounds of sizzling dishes, and watch our chefs at work.
