The EssenZzimmer

From the windows, the view opens out to the mountains. Inside the room, colorful armchairs create a lively atmosphere. Around the large wooden tables—crafted from the 600-year-old doors of the →Alte Goldene Berg—there is the perfect setting for long evenings and larger gatherings.

Culinarily, the kitchen at the EssenZzimmer focuses on the essence of things. Inspired by the diversity of cuisines from around the world, the dishes are prepared using products from the local mountain region. Fresh, light, and primarily kept raw—a healthy cuisine that nourishes without weighing you down.

In wintertime choose our guests as part of Dine-Around-Halfboard up to five courses à la carte. The food is accompanied by fine organic juices and selected wines from our →wine cellar.
