Luna yoga and hormone yoga are the focus of my work. As a sports scientist and certified Luna Yoga® and Hormone Yoga teacher, I support people in finding greater balance and vitality. Through targeted breathing, energy and movement exercises, hormonal processes in the body can be harmonized, fertility supported and overall well-being strengthened.

I have developed these methods over many years and today I also combine them with my own Mangova method, which combines movement, breathing and gentle activation of the glands

Yin & Restorative Yoga

Yin yoga (anchored in the Chinese medical system) works deep into connective tissue to release tension and activate change. It's an excellent practice when you're feeling stuck, stiff, or stressed. Yin yoga is a very effective way to increase flexibility as it focuses on the areas around the joints. The poses are usually held for several minutes, with as little effort as possible.

Restorative yoga helps restore and support a body and mind that need healing. We use bolsters, pillows, and blocks to be as comfortable as possible.
The flow is: passive and calm.

I was born in Znojmo in the Czech Republic. Growing up bilingually, I have lived connecting across cultural borders since my youth. After studying sports science, I first worked in the business sector and led courses in aerobics, callanetics and pilates at the same time.

As a mother of three children, a period of exhaustion made me rethink my attitude towards body, performance and balance — and finally led me to Luna Yoga and Hormone Yoga.

I have been teaching Luna Yoga since 2004 and Hormone Yoga since 2006. In my individual lessons, I work mindfully and individually and enjoy accompanying people on their journey to greater balance, vitality and hormonal health.
