Luna yoga and hormone yoga are the focus of my work. As a sports scientist and certified Luna Yoga® and Hormone Yoga teacher, I support people in finding greater balance and vitality. Through targeted breathing, energy and movement exercises, hormonal processes in the body can be harmonized, fertility supported and overall well-being strengthened.
I have developed these methods over many years and today I also combine them with my own Mangova method, which combines movement, breathing and gentle activation of the glands
