In my practice, I work with people who want to understand their bodies better again and move around more freely. For me, exercise is closely linked to quality of life, and personal health is our greatest asset.
I help you to become more aware of your body, understand complaints and regain confidence in movement. Every initial situation is different.
Together, we will look at where I can start therapeutically and what is good for your body at the moment.
Yoga is also an important part of my work. The mat creates a quiet space for movement and breathing, where you can get back in touch with your body step by step.
