Systemic Master of Coaching and Psychological Life Coach

homepage

Vacation means distance. time. A different look at what is otherwise overshadowed by everyday life. Up here, it's easier for many people to get back to themselves. The body comes to rest, thoughts continue, and space is often created for what is important in one's own life right now.

In such moments, coaching can be particularly valuable.

Perhaps you would like to determine your location. Say something that has been traveling with you for a long time. Or allow new thoughts that have no place in everyday life. Orientation, clarification and a new perspective can arise in this calm atmosphere. Sometimes also a vision or a first concrete step for change.

becomes audible.

I am a systemic master of coaching and psychological life coach. On this basis, I help people organize their thoughts, develop new perspectives and identify their own solutions more clearly in personal conversations.

In coaching, we take time for a personal and, of course, confidential conversation. I listen to you carefully and accompany you with my full presence. Just saying it often creates new clarity. Thoughts organize themselves, feelings become more tangible, topics can get to the point.

Like an echo in the mountains, the conversation can make what is already there in you more audible.

In doing so, I consciously focus on your options and resources. My coaching is based on what you have in mind. Together, we discover which paths are available and which steps can really be implemented in everyday life. Ideas should not burst like soap bubbles after a vacation, but should remain sustainable.

As a person, I contribute my experience and knowledge to the conversation. When I think an idea, a tip or a method is helpful, I share it with you — always in dialogue and on equal footing.

Sometimes life is about big questions. Sometimes simply about getting rid of something that has accumulated. There is room for that too. Even a bad mood can have its place — and conversations often reveal what's behind it and where it can lead.

Coaching may add another dimension to your stay at Goldener Berg: a moment of pause. A conversation with depth — and at the same time with ease.
