Meine Reise mit Yoga begann vor über einem Jahrzehnt in der Türkei, als ich erkannte, dass diese Praxis ein lebenslanger Kompass ist, der mich zu Balance in Körper und Geist führt. Auf diesem Weg blieb ich stets ein engagierter Schüler – immer lernend, immer meine Praxis vertiefend. Ich reise, arbeite und lerne dort, wohin mich das Leben führt, und habe in dieser Bewegung einen minimalistischen Lebensstil für mich entdeckt – geprägt von Einfachheit, der mich von Überfluss befreit und innere Ruhe entstehen lässt.

In Thailand tauchte ich tief in die Welt der Thai-Massage ein und entdeckte, wie harmonisch sich diese sanfte, intuitive Kunst mit Yoga verbindet. Jede Technik – Myofascial Release, Ölmassage, Fußreflexzonenmassage – hat meinen Fähigkeiten eine neue Tiefe verliehen. Als Personal Trainer begleite ich Menschen außerdem, indem ich Fitness mit Achtsamkeit verbinde – mit dem Fokus nicht auf Ästhetik, sondern auf der kraftvollen Verbindung von Körper und Geist, die ein gesundes Erscheinungsbild und nachhaltiges Wohlbefinden fördert.
