Everyone can only heal themselves – the extensive tools I have learned can support this and serve as significant guides along the way.

Throughout my life I have spent as much time as possible in nature. It gives me strength, grounding, stillness and a sense of inner fullness. It has always been important to me to meet nature with the same respect it shows us. Strength, inner happiness and serenity have moved me for as long as I can remember. Over many years I have studied them in great depth, travelled widely and learned from and with great masters from East and West. Nutrition, energy work, the morphic field, ancient wisdom traditions and modern energy medicine – all of this has over time become part of my path and my own development. What I have tried and experienced as valuable, I pass on here.

As a child, I asked myself questions: What is the meaning of my life? What am I here for? In my early twenties, I set out to find answers.


But we often learn to wean ourselves from it early on. From our roots, from ourselves. Getting back to ourselves, to finding our inner strength, requires our commitment. In order to rediscover exactly this connection, I spent many years studying with shamans, energy doctors and other masters. I understood a lot of things. I'll recognize a lot more.

When we start to open up to the really important things in life, and therefore to ourselves, the world also really begins to meet us. It is not self-optimization that leads to the essence, but the memory of what is already within us.

Based on the experience I have gained over many years, I now accompany people on their way to their own strength. I am not alone in this. On the Goldener Berg, there are a handful of selected companions who are happy to stand by your side.
