Herbal teacher, mountain hiking guide and course instructor in Waldbaden

homepage

As a herbal teacher and mountain hiking guide, I will accompany you out into nature around Oberlech. Between alpine meadows, mountain trails and open slopes, space is created for a peaceful encounter with the landscape.

During my herb hikes, we move slowly through the alpine flora. Together, we will look at what grows along the way: wild herbs, alpine plants and the often inconspicuous treasures of mountain meadows. They learn about their properties and how to use them — not only through knowledge, but above all through the senses. We smell, feel, look at and discover.

Experience nature

Between alpine meadows
and plaster holes.

The trail takes us through blooming alpine meadows and along the impressive landscape of the gypsum holes. This special area with its craters and geological forms is one of the fascinating natural places around Oberlech. On the way, there are always far-reaching views of the mountains in the Arlberg region. If you want, you can then combine the trip with a visit to nearby Skyspace Lech.

My hikes invite you to consciously perceive nature and slow down for a while. Step by step, a connection to the landscape is created — and often a clear contact with yourself again.
