A day just for yourself. Arrive, take a breath and step away from everyday life for a few hours.

In the Alpine Spa, time moves more slowly. Warm spaces, soft loungers and views stretching out across the mountains. Between sauna, water and quiet moments, space opens for whatever feels right.

ME DAY at Goldener Berg also welcomes external guests to take this time for themselves. A few hours without appointments. Simply be here.

A day to create distance. Away from the rush, away from constant doing. For a few hours, simply be with yourself.

The day begins quietly. In the yoga room, mats are rolled out, the gaze drifting towards the peaks of the Arlberg. With mindful movement and steady breath, our yoginis guide you through a session that brings body and mind back into balance.

Afterwards, the table is set for brunch. Fresh bread, fruit, warm dishes and regional ingredients await. Time to sit, to linger and let the morning unfold.

Later, many are drawn outside into nature. Whether alpine bathing or a guided hike — depending on the weekly programme — the path leads across meadows and trails around Oberlech. The water is clear, the air cool, the ground soft beneath your feet.

Back at the house, a bathrobe and slippers are ready. The way leads into the Alpine Spa. Between sauna, warm water and a treatment of your choice, the day gently comes to a close.

In summer and autumn Our Alpine Spa — by appointment — is also open to external guests. Our Day Spa offers combine time in the spa with breakfast above the rooftops of Oberlech, a yoga session or a soothing treatment.

In winter, the spa is open to external guests only on selected dates. Alternatively, the Late Pool Night invites you to enjoy an evening of swimming and relaxation. Or spend the day on our sun terraces and in one of our four restaurants — with views of the winter mountain landscape.
