Surrounded by nature, moving in harmony with it. In rhythm with what surrounds us and what lives within us. Practising yoga in the mountains, we are at the top. And entirely with ourselves.

Arms lift, shoulders release, the body stretches in calm, flowing sequences. With every breath, the fresh mountain air moves deeper into the body. Between movements, stillness emerges. Within, things begin to settle. The outer world follows. Everything becomes one.

In summer, you feel the presence of nature during yoga in the fresh mountain air. In winter, you look out through the large windows of warm, inviting rooms towards the peaks, while moving both inwardly and outwardly.

As early as the 1940s, yogis practised on the terrace of Goldener Berg. Up here at altitude, we are close to the sky — and fully with ourselves.

Our yoga sessions are offered several times a day in summer and several times a week in winter.
