My name is Laura Langenfelder. I have always had a strong interest — you could say a passion — for helping others, which is why I chose to become a physiotherapist. It is always a joy to see the progress we achieve together — whether after an injury, in relieving pain or simply gaining more mobility in the body.
I completed my studies five years ago and have since gained experience in a range of settings — from a traditional trauma clinic to a spa hotel and a five-star hotel.
What matters most to me is working with each individual in a personal and tailored way. I combine different approaches such as massage techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy and targeted exercises that can also be continued at home. Often, it is the right combination that makes the difference — and we find that balance together.
When individual muscles become tense, small knots can form in the tissue — known as trigger points — which often cause pain. This discomfort can also radiate into other areas of the body. By applying targeted pressure to these points, the muscles begin to release, oxygen flow improves and the pain gradually subsides.

Movement in everyday life is essential — even short sessions can make a real difference. In this session, we focus on exercises that are easy to integrate at home, enjoyable to practise and allow you to track your progress over time.
Everyone has different goals — together, we find the right approach for you.

The lymphatic system acts as the body’s natural detox system and sometimes benefits from gentle support. Through slow, sweeping movements of the skin, the system is stimulated, helping to encourage the removal of waste products from the body.
