On Friday, October 4, 2024, the grand opening of the Golden Berg’s new facilities in Oberlech took place. The focus was on the innovative program “Holistic Self-Care – Longevity at the Golden Energy Mountain.” Around 60 guests, including locals from Lech and hotel guests, attended the ceremony.
After touring the new facilities—including relaxation, yoga, and meditation rooms, as well as saunas offering a magnificent panoramic view, and the new infinity pool—the fire ceremony began at 6:15 p.m. Ceremony leader Sandra Barbara created a mandala in the fire bowl and led the ritual, calling upon the elements to bring healing and transformation. All guests were invited to offer their wishes for the place, themselves, and the world into the fire to transform them—a moving moment for everyone present.
In the er-LEBENS-räume—the Dining Room, Reading Room, and Living Room—where yoga and retreats will take place in the future, there were subsequently engaging talks and discussions with the therapists who enrich the Longevity Program with topics such as Reactive Cell Training, family constellations, spiritual mantras, and consciousness coaching. The evening concluded with delicacies from plant-based Alpine cuisine and a warm exchange in a relaxed atmosphere.
