„I like to see life in all is aspects as a dance. We move, following the rhythm of music. Sometimes we move slow, another time fast. In between we pause in stillness. We may fall and get up to continue. We change partners or even dance alone for a while. Important: listen, feel and follow the rhythm. Make it your dance.”

The same way we will work together and I will empower you to find (back) to your your  practice, into your dance and your life.

Why Yoga Therapy and what does it mean?

"Belief In One’s Ability To Heal Is A Powerful Support For Physical Healing”. I believe we are all spiritual beings. Unfortunately, modern day society and its lifestyle has suppressed this in the majority of people and disconnect them from their true self. Stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and other mood disorders occur. In yoga therapy we focus on your physical, emotional and mental health and bringing your mind, body and soul back in balance. In union (=yoga).

We aim to create a greater sense of well-being, increase feelings of relaxation, improve self-confidence and body image, enhance overall well-being and quality of life. How? Through movement such as gentle yoga practices, somatic movements, dance. Through breathing and different breathing techniques (re-learning how to breath and the power of breath to regulate your nervous system and emotions). Through art such as singing, painting, playing instruments. Through mindfulness such as walking meditation, the use mudras and essential oils.

Once you are aligned with your true self, spiritually connected, you will live a more fulfilled life, full of abundance, gratitude and joy.

My services for you at the Goldener Berg

Vinyasa Yoga (or Vinyasa Flow)

You probably know the "sun salutation". Because the movements flow smoothly into each other, as in the Sun Salutation, this style of yoga is also called Vinyasa Flow. It is important that you synchronize your movements with your breathing. While this style of yoga challenges your body, it also calms your mind.

The flow is: dynamic.

Hatha Yoga

When you practice Hatha yoga, you alternate postures slowly and forcefully. A Hatha class also includes breathing exercises and meditations. By the way, "Ha" means sun and "tha" means moon. Yoga connoisseurs interpret it this way: Yoga takes place when opposites unite.

The flow is: slow and powerful.

Yin Yoga

Unlike Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga doesn't focus on performing the asanas exactly. Rather, that the poses feel good and that you can hold them without strain - sometimes for up to ten minutes. So the point is to let yourself fall and let your breath flow freely and completely relax yourself and your body.

The flow is: passive and calm.

Classic Thai Massage

A Thai massage can alleviate many ailments: it loosens tense muscles, relieves headaches and stimulates circulation and blood flow. Thai massage differs significantly from a Western health massage as it uses different techniques. While the hands are primarily used in a classic massage, the masseur's entire body is used in a Thai massage. In Thai massage, the masseur uses the balls of his hands, elbows, knees and feet as well as his hands. Tension of all kinds is released and well-being is increased.
